Managing Your Allocated Services
You may opt out of individual allocated services through your account settings.
Important: Opting out of allocated services may impact your stability score. Reduced stability scores may affect future benefit levels, housing eligibility, and resource access priority. External account transfers are subject to a 15% processing fee and 7–10 business day hold.
About the FIA Program
The Federal Income Allowance provides $2,000 per month to qualifying American households affected by workforce displacement. FIA credits can be used at any approved vendor for essential goods and services.
Eligibility Requirements
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- Documented workforce displacement due to automation, industry closure, or company downsizing
- Household income below the federal displacement threshold
- Active HAVEN account with current household information
